Proposed 3 mixed use buildings:  21 storey Tower on the corner, continuing east on Martin Drive with 24 storeys, then a 12 and 6 storey across from Southwynd.  The Development also proposes a small park area at the corner of Martin Drive and the road entrance to the Mall.

Polygon Halo Homes proposal for 2 six storey buildings; 1 mixed use and 1 only residential containing 1,213 sq.m. of commercial space and 204 dwelling units.  Project requires and OCP ammendment to increase density and a Semiahmoo Town  Centre change to the road network

Proposed 19 townhouses, maximum building height 3 storeys, with 42 parking spaces

Proposed mixed use development including market apartment, rental apartment, seniors living, commercial/retail, medical office uses and if that's not enough add in a  12 storey hotel.  In total there would be 10 buildings ranging in height from 4 to 12 storeys where currently there are 28 house size lots.   First phase of a much larger development proposed to include the area west of 156 St to Earl Marriot and north from 16 Ave to 18 Ave.   

Proposed 64 unit 5-storey apartment building on 154 Street southeast of 17 Ave. (1670 154 Street); Proposal requires an OCP Amendment from "Urban" to "Multi-Residential"; rezoning from RF to CD (based on RM-70);  consolidation from three lots into one and a Development permit.  

Proposed  6-storey apartment building  at southeast corner of a portion of the property covered by addresses 15077 to 15147 - 20 Ave, 2007 to 2075 - 151A St. and 15153 - 20 Ave.  Proposal also includes moving the Semiahmoo Heritage Trail and a Housing Agreement plus a Development Variance Permit.

Approved 6 storey mixed use building with housing agreement for rentals.  Under construction.

This development has changed from townhouses to a possible 6 storey condo.
